We provide website design, development, branding, and related digital services. The scope of work, timelines, and deliverables will be agreed upon in writing before a project begins.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in designs, graphics, code, and content produced by The Creative District remain our property until full payment has been received. After payment, rights may be transferred to the client as agreed.
3. Payment
Invoices are issued according to the agreed project schedule.
Late payments may result in paused work and delayed delivery.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
4. Revisions & Changes
The project includes a reasonable number of revisions as agreed before the start of the project. Additional changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
5. Content & Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing all content, images, and materials needed for the project. The client warrants that all materials supplied do not infringe on the rights of any third party
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver high-quality services, The Creative District is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, websites, or products.
7. Third-Party Services
Where we recommend or integrate third-party tools (e.g., hosting, plugins, analytics), we are not responsible for their availability, performance, or updates. Each third-party service is subject to its own terms and conditions.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the project in writing. Payment will be required for work completed up to the termination date.
